Arrive to a thoughtfully prepared welcome pack — a selection of snacks and drinks to settle you in, so the holiday starts the moment you walk through the door rather than at the supermarket. 

For stays of 7 days or more, we will refresh your villa partway through with a light clean of the kitchen and bathrooms and a set of fresh towels. Your local host will advise of the date and time of the visit upon check in.  

Every bathroom comes stocked with L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap as well as bathroom and pool towels, so you can leave the toiletry bag lighter. 

Everything you would usually have at home, already in place at your villa: crib, high chair, bed rail, step stool, potty, bottle warmer, digital thermometer, baby bath, baby Bjorn, and a full feeding set. Please confirm during booking.

A thoughtfully chosen selection of colouring books, toys, Lego, and chess to keep curious minds busy — and, let's be honest, to buy you a few precious minutes of grown-up time. 

Help your little one splash with confidence the moment you arrive — no frantic store runs, no "we forgot the goggles" meltdowns. We provide SunnyLife's swim vests and goggles, suitable for ages 2-6. Please confirm during booking.

Complimentary tablets loaded with educational games and suitable for ages 3+, perfect for keeping little ones happily occupied on the ride to Palma — turning the eternal "are we there yet?" into blissful, screen-lit silence. Subject to availability during booking.

Complimentary Berg pedal go-karts available at select villas — just confirm availability when you book. Our kids are obsessed, yours will be too. With a two-seater set up, the possibilities are endless: dad steers while the little one rides shotgun, two kids team up, or dad "tests it thoroughly" while everyone watches. Subject to availability during booking.

We provide a complimentary set-up for one child as standard. If you are travelling with more little ones, let us know in advance and we will move equipment across our properties to suit your family for a small surcharge. Subject to availability during booking.

Land to a fridge already full of your favourites. Send us your shopping list before you arrive and we will arrange the rest—no supermarket run after a long travel day. Groceries at cost, plus a service fee starting at €50.

We are often asked to arrange airport transfers—and we are happy to, so you can skip the rental car queue and head straight to the villa after a long travel day. We can also arrange vehicles for bike transport, if you are bringing your own. Just let us know your flight details and group size, and we will take care of the rest. 

Wake up to a fresh breakfast delivered straight to your door — no one is cooking on holiday. We bring you the good stuff the locals eat: warm pastries, egg galettes, yoghurts, and freshly squeezed orange juice nicely presented and served on the table. Food at cost, with a service charge of €75.

Treat yourselves to a meal cooked just for you, right at the villa. Our private chef handles everything from menu to clean-up, so you can sit back, pour a glass, and savour it. Contact us for menu options and availability; price includes food, cooking at the villa, serving, and clean-up, from €400 + cost of ingredients (varies with number of guests and menu selection).

Keep your villa feeling fresh and organized throughout your stay with bedroom tidying, bathroom sanitation, and a kitchen clean — so you can focus on enjoying your holiday. As a reminder, complimentary clean is already included for all stays of seven days or more.
