Tucked away in the peaceful Mallorquin countryside yet less than 2 km (1.2 miles) from the beach and town center, Villa Marga is a welcoming 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat for up to 8 guests. With 260 m² of living space and a 1,500 m² garden, the home blends authentic charm with modern comfort.
Inside, the ground floor offers a spacious living room, formal dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the pool terrace. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also on this level, along with a kids’ lounge perfect for play or quiet time. Upstairs, the master suite features an en-suite bathroom, crib space, and office. Three additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, with air conditioning and TVs in most rooms.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy multiple terraces for dining and relaxing, a private pool, BBQ area, and a shaded breakfast nook by the kitchen. The villa is designed for year-round living, with plenty of space to unwind under the Mallorcan sun.
Villa Marga is ideally suited for families and groups of up to 8 people. Parties are not permitted out of respect for the neighborhood's peace and quiet. To check in, lead guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old. For convenience and ease of travel, we recommend having a car when staying at this property. Optionally, you can choose to heat the pool during cooler months for an additional charge.
Surrounding the villa is a population of feral cats, and in partnership with the local humane society, we are actively engaged in neutering them to responsibly manage their population growth, addressing a common issue on the island.
