The interiors include a spacious kitchen with breakfast nook, a cozy living room, and a formal dining area. Bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out, with two en-suite master rooms and additional family-friendly options, plus a dedicated workspace for those mixing leisure with remote work. Central heating and a fireplace keep the villa warm and inviting in cooler months.
Outdoors, guests will find a large 12x6m heated pool (available on request), shaded dining and lounge terraces, and plenty of fun for children with a trampoline, swing, and table tennis.
Villa La Telaranya is an ideal choice for families and groups of up to 8 people seeking year-round holidays. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for the neighborhood, parties are not permitted, and we kindly request that lead guest making the booking be at least 25 years old upon check-in. For added convenience, we recommend having a car for transportation during your stay. Optionally, you can choose to heat the pool during cooler months for an additional charge.
Surrounding the villa is a population of feral cats, and in partnership with the local humane society, we are actively engaged in neutering them to responsibly manage their population growth, addressing a common issue on the island.
