The space
Interior: Laid out over split levels, the villa offers plenty of space to gather while still allowing for privacy and quiet moments.

Sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms

• Private master suite on its own split level with en-suite bathroom (shower & bathtub) and king size bed and AC
• A twin bedrooms with 2x single beds and AC, sharing a family shower room
• Second master bedroom with a private en-suite shower room, king size bed, and AC, located on same level as the twin bedroom
• Fourth room with king size bed, AC, and private balcony

Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and modern appliances
Bright sunroom overlooking the garden
Laundry room and additional guest bathroom
All bedrooms have air conditioning, with central heating included for winter stays.

The 2026 refresh
For the 2026 season, Villa Can Barbas underwent a full interior upgrade. All furniture and soft furnishings have been replaced with high-end, carefully selected pieces, including new oak beds, comfortable mattresses, new sofas, dining furniture, lighting, outdoor furnishings, and new small kitchen appliances.

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxed Mediterranean living, with plenty of room for both shared moments and quiet downtime.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa. The property is never shared with other guests. 

Other things to note
The villa is best suited for families and outdoor activity groups, e.g. cycling, hiking, yoga.
Parties are not permitted out of respect for the neighborhood's peace and quiet.
Lead guest making the booking must be 25yrs of age to check in.
Pool can be heated during colder months for an additional charge. Please request pool heating during booking. 

Optional add-on services - must be requested minimum one week prior to arrival: 

• Pool heating: 560 EUR
• Extra crib (beyond first provided): 35 EUR
